Notes

This release includes an important fix for using loadtime weaving in a JVM where JMX is turned on (415266)
There are some new message insert keys usable in declare error/warning (420210) The new keys are:

joinpoint.enclosingclass // Bar
joinpoint.enclosingmember // void Bar.foo(String)
joinpoint.enclosingmember.name // foo
```
All keys are case insensitive.
It is now possible to specify individual xlint settings without needing to supply a file (419279)
