SerializableDescriptorEventHolder	INTERNAL: Interface to hold onto a DescriptorEvents within a project so they can be rebuilt after serialization.
SerializedObjectPolicy	SerializedObjectPolicy (SOP) could be set on a non-aggregate descriptor.
WrapperPolicy	Purpose: The wrapper policy can be used to wrap all objects read from the database in another object.
