Goal

test new functionality added since 4.4
verify that severe bugs are correctly fixed
verify that all 4.4.1 bugs are correctly fixed

Test New Functionality

Note: First test the items where your name is listed first. Then test the other items.

Linked Mode supports positions with unequal content (Noopur, Dani - Questions: Markus)

verify that 'Rename in File/Workspace' quick assists work fine if some linked positions use unicode escapes
verify that quick fixes/assists that generate linked positions with equal content still work fine

AST recovery for lonely name nodes (Markus, Noopur - Questions: Markus/Noopur)

verify that the various "Create 'for' loop" quick assists still work
verify that proposed quick fixes/assists make sense and work
try to "break" the recovery (e.g. by adding comments)

"Convert lambda to anonymous" quick fix in pre-1.8 projects (Noopur, Markus - Questions: Markus)

verify that the quick fix shows up and works in pre-1.8 projects
verify that the quick assist still shows up and works in 1.8 projects
