Override / Implement methods should offer to generate default methods (Dani, Markus - Questions: Noopur)

verify that default methods get generated when using 1.8 code
verify that default methods aren't generated when using pre-1.8 code

verify that the quick fix shows up where expected
verify that the quick fix works
verify using 1.8 and pre-1.8 code

Sanity check the new support for external null annotations (Noopur, Dani - Questions: Stephan)

verify the new 'Annotate' command for addimg null annotations to external library classes
verify the new 'Annotate' command in the class file editor
verify the new UI on the Java build path's 'Library' page
