Administrator Menu

The Administrator Menu provides centralized access to system management tools and settings. The menu consists of the following sections:

  • User: Manage system users, including role assignments and bulk import/export.
  • Department: Manage organizational departments for visibility and access control.
  • Vendors: Maintain the global list of component and software vendors.
  • Bulk Release Edit: Batch-update attributes across multiple releases simultaneously.
  • Licenses: Manage the software licenses.
  • License Types: Define and categorize different types of licenses.
  • Obligations: Define and manage legal and compliance obligations for specific licenses.
  • Schedule: Manage automated background tasks, such as CVE vulnerability searches.
  • Fossology: Configure and monitor the connection to the FOSSology scanning server.
  • Import & Export: Bulk manage component, release, and license information via data transfer.
  • Database Sanitation: Clean up the database and resolve duplicate or inconsistent identifiers.
  • Attachment Cleanup: Manage and purge orphaned or redundant attachments to save storage.
  • OAuth Client: Manage and configure external application clients for API access.
  • Configurations: Fine-tune application behavior and manage feature toggles.
