At least 80 unique bugs were addressed in the TM 3.4.1, 3.4.2, and 3.5 releases. See this report for details on all bugs.
No new Target Management API was introduced. However, TM includes an updated org.apache.commons.net. See the TM 3.5 New & Noteworthy for the appropriate links.
TM 3.5 is fully compatible with TM 3.3 and TM 3.4, and runs on Eclipse 3.4 (Ganymede) and later.
