Wizard - Import Ant files

Import Ant script and properties files to workspace.

Instructions:

1. Start WTP.
2. Create a simple project called AntTest.
3. File > New > Other > Web Services > Ant Files. Click Next.
4. Check error conditions - no folder selected, entering a non-existent project etc. Finish button should be disabled if invalid folder is entered along with prompt at top of wizard to enter a valid folder name.
5. Browse to the AntTest project and add a new folder named antFiles.
6. Click Finish.
7. Ensure that three files have been imported into the AntTest\antFiles folder:
   • wsgen.xml
   • axisservice.properties
   • axisclient.properties
