Web services client from WSIL

1. Create a client for this WSDL URL: http://www.xmethods.com/inspection.wsil
2. From the WSDL selection page, select the last WSDL at: http://www.xmethods.net/sd/2001/CurrencyExchangeService.wsdl
3. Invoke and test the service using the sample JSP.
