Top down Web service from WSDL and XSD file

Instructions:

1. Create a top-down Web service with Axis runtime using the CallPO.wsdl.
2. Here's the zip containing the WSDL and XSD files: PurchaseOrder.zip
3. Use the Web Service Explorer to test the service.
