xsd M9 Milestone planning for XSD Component

Our work in the milestone involves... Adding performance tests and implementing some performance improvements Reacting to API changes in upstream WTP components No API will be provided for this component for WTP 1.0.

performance Improve memory usage, performance, and thread safety XSD Validation JUnit tests will be created/improved to capture additional use cases [medium] very large xsd files projects that hold lots lots of interdependant wsdl and xsd files

react to API changes Some work to do here to respond to internal and external API changes [high] URIResolver (internal) API changes Validation framework API changes (if any)
