Compare whether the left pointer is smaller than or equal to NULL.

Template Parameters:

• T – Type of the pointer to use as a base.

• nFixedSizeLeft – The fixed size of the left pointer.

Parameters:

• rptrLeft – [in] Reference to the left pointer.

• pNull – [in] Pointer to a nullptr.

Returns:

Returns ‘true’ if the left pointer is smaller than or equal to NULL; ‘false’ when not.
