Read a line from the stream.

Template Parameters:

• TCharType – The character type to use for the strings.

• bUnicode – When set, the string is a unicode string.

• nFixedSize – Fixed size of the string.

Parameters:

• rstream – [in] Reference to the stream.

• rss – [in] Reference to the string.

• cDelim – [in] Delimiter to separate lines.
