Returns a string composed from left characters followed by right characters.

Template Parameters:

• TCharType – The character type to use for the strings.

• bUnicodeLeft – When set, the left string is a unicode string.

• nFixedSizeLeft – Fixed size of the left string.

• bUnicodeRight – When set, the right string is a unicode string.

• nFixedSizeRight – Fixed size of the right string.

Parameters:

• rssLeft – [in] Reference to the left string.

• rssRight – [in] Reference to the right string.

Returns:

String with left characters concatenated with right characters.
