Binaries and supported environments

Eclipse OpenJ9™ release 0.30.1 supports OpenJDK 8, 11 and 17.

Creation of system dumps on macOS 12

Creation of system (core) dumps on macOS 12 or later is now possible.

New parameter throughput added to the -Xtune command-line option

The new -Xtune:throughput option added in this release is used to increase resource utilization to maximize throughput.
