Determines the upper limit for the topdown scale factor. The default value is 1.0 which ensures that nested children never end up appearing larger than their parents in terms of unit sizes such as the font size. If the limit is larger, nodes will fully utilize the available space, but it is counteriniuitive for inner nodes to have a larger scale than outer nodes.
